Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Topolog, a service operated by TOPOLOG LTD (registered in England and Wales). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Topolog is an AI-powered goal planning tool. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

2. Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription and credits

Subscription pricing is published on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle.

Credits are non-refundable digital goods. Credits never expire. Cancelling your subscription does not refund unused credits.

We reserve the right to revoke credits granted in error (e.g. due to a Stripe webhook bug) and to refund the corresponding payment.

4. Intellectual property and your content

Topolog, including its software, design, and the TOL language and engine, is owned by TOPOLOG LTD and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

You own the content you create in Topolog: your goals, plans, graphs, tasks, and the data you enter. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (for example, generating a plan with AI, running the scheduler, and showing you your data across devices). We don't sell your content and we don't use it to train AI models.

You're responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and that you have the right to use it. We may remove content, or suspend an account, that breaches these terms or the law.

You can cancel any time via the Customer Portal. You retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.

7. Liability

Topolog is a planning tool. We aren't liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on its outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
